Welcome to ProzomiGO! This bespoke software has been developed in partnership with Newcastle University to enable the analysis of large metagenomic data samples. The software enables the automated identification of sets of functionally diverse putative enzymes of a particular class of interest. These enzymes are identified from metagenomic data with the automated production of sets of precise primer pairs enabling mass production of the diverse enzymes.
